Salted caramel and a deliciously creamy mocha flavour, this is the perfect cold drink to share with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 50 ml caramel syrup
  • 150 ml skim milk at fridge temperature
  • Grated fudge
  • Ice cubes

Method

Add caramel syrup.

Fill the glass with ice.

Place the glass under the spout. Brew a large cold Latte Macchiato with a large level of foam.

Leave to settle for a couple of seconds. Sprinkle with grated fudge.
