DAIQUIRI CLEMENTINE au Café de Spécialité

The Daiquiri is a rum cocktail, very simple to make, which does not require many ingredients.

Here is a twist on specialty coffee and clementine made using the DELONGHI espresso grinder and some tips and secrets!

Ingrédients

  • 1 espresso of 4 cl *
  • 5 cl White rum
  • 5 cl pressed clementine juice
  • 2 cl liquid cane sugar syrup
  • 100g of ice cubes

Step 1

Fill the cocktail glass with ice cubes or place it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Step 2

Make the espresso.

Step 3

During the extraction time, pour the other ingredients into a shaker.

Step 4

Add the espresso then the ice cubes.

Step 5

Close the shaker. Shake intensely but quickly.

Step 6

Double strain into a cold glass and decorate.

Variants

You can easily customize this recipe. To do this, simply replace:

  • Rum by another spirit
  • Clementine juice with lime juice
  • Sugar syrup with another flavored syrup (elderberry, ginger, passion fruit, etc.)
