CAFÉ – CLEMENTINE – CHÂTAIGNE

Christmas is approaching, it’s the season for clementines and tangerines! Here is a recipe, to be enjoyed cold or hot, which is easily made using the DELONGHI espresso grinder and some tips and secrets

Ingrédients

  • 1 4 cl espresso
  • 30 cl of pressed clementine juice (from the fresh section of your supermarket)
  • 1.5 cl of chestnut flavored syrup

Step 1

In a glass with a handle or a mug, pour the pressed clementine juice.

Step 2

Heat the fruit juice, if you want a hot drink.

Step 3

Extract the espresso with your Delonghi espresso grinder.

Step 4

During the extraction time, add the chestnut syrup to your glass.

Step 5

Complete with espresso.

Step 6

Mix everything together and enjoy!

Variants

On this truly unfailing basis, you can multiply the variations by replacing the clementine juice with orange or apple juice and vary the pleasure by testing this recipe with vanilla syrup, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, etc.
