Mint Choc Cold Brew Cappuccino

Chocolate and mint combine in a cool and creamy foam, for a cold brew recipe that will give you delicious chills when you need to cool off.

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – washed – Indonesia
  • Cold skim milk
  • 20gr dark chocolate
  • 10ml peppermint extract
  • Mint chocolate to garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method

  • First, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie
  • Then, add peppermint extract to the melted dark chocolate
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes
  • Place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Cold Brew Cappuccino’
  • Pour the dark chocolate over the drink
  • Finally, garnish with grated mint chocolate
