Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 30ml – chilled liquid cream
  • 20ml – gingerbread syrup
  • 40ml – dark rum
  • cinnamon powder – to garnish

Step 1

First, place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.

Step 2

Then, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Step 3

Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.

Step 4
