Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 120 ml light milk at fridge temperature
  • 40 g whipped cream
  • 40 ml mint syrup
  • Shredded dark chocolate
  • 30 ml chocolate sauce
  • Fresh mint

Step 1

First, pour the chocolate sauce into a glass.

Step 2

Then, add mint syrup.

Step 3

Place the glass under the spout. Prepare a medium size Cappuccino with a medium level of foa.

Step 4

Add the whipped cream and sprinkle with cacao powder.

Step 5

Finally, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and dark chocolate shavings.
