Iced Flor de Café

Infuse your coffee cocktail with the sweet notes of elderflower to make your drink as refreshing as a gentle breeze.

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – Arabica Single origin with flowery hints
  • 100ml – tonic water
  • 20ml – elderflower syrup
  • ice cubes

Step 1

First, fill a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Then, slowly pour tonic water into the glass.

Step 3

Add elderflower syrup.

Step 4

Finally, place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.
