Iced Coffee Passion

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – Arabica single–origin with fruity hints
  • 100ml – ginger beer
  • 30ml – vodka
  • 20ml – passion fruit purée
  • passion fruit wedge – to garnish
  • ice cubes

Step 1

First, fill a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Then, add passion fruit purée.

Step 3

Add vodka.

Step 4

Slowly pour ginger beer on top and gently stir.

Step 5

Place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.

Step 6

Finally, garnish with a passion fruit wedge.
