Choco-Mint Coffee Marvel

A deliciously satisfying all-year round drink with mint and dark chocolate for an exotic twist.

hot Semi-skimmed

Ingredients

Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
120 ml semi-skimmed milk at fridge temperature
40 gr whipped cream
40 ml mint syrup
Shredded dark chocolate
30 ml chocolate sauce
Fresh mint

Step 1

First, pour the chocolate sauce into a glass.

Step 2

Then, add mint syrup.

Step 3

Place the glass under the spout. Prepare a medium size cappuccino with a medium level of foam.

Step 4

Add the whipped cream and sprinkle with cacao powder.

Step 5

Finally, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and dark chocolate shavings.
