Apple Strudel flavoured Coffee

This deliciously warm treat with apple purée and cinnamon is the perfect drink for relaxing days and cozy company.

hot Semi-skimmed

Ingredients

Coffee beans – blend of Arabica-Robusta
50ml – cold semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp – sour cream
1 tbsp – apple puree
1 tbsp – cinnamon
1.5 tbsp – cardamom powder
15ml – date syrup
15gr – brown sugar

Step 1

First, pour the sour cream, apple puree, cinnamon, cardamom powder, date syrup and brown sugar into a bowl and mix into a creamy texture.

Step 2

Then, place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Coffee’.

Step 3

Spoon the sour cream mixture carefully into the glass.

Step 4

Finally, place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Hot Milk’.
