Yoghurt Espresso

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans
  • White yoghurt
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar

Step 1

To create the first part of the recipe fill 1/3 of the glass with white yoghurt and then place it directly under the coffee dispenser.

Step 2

Prepare a single espresso, at the desired level of aroma, directly over the yoghurt.

Step 3

Once done, use the MixCarafe to prepare 1 cup of cold coffee, using the maximum level of froth, and pour it over the espresso until it reaches the top of the glass.
