Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica – Brazil
  • 15ml – Rum
  • 25ml – Coffee liqueur
  • 30ml – Baileys
  • Ice cubes
  • Biscoff – to garnish

Method

  • First, place a glass under the spout and prepare a Espresso Cool
  • Then, pour the Espresso Cool into a cocktail tumbler
  • Add ice cubes and all the other ingredients
  • Shake well, and straint into a glass
  • Finally, roughly crumle a Biscoff biscuit and carefully sprinkle on top
