Ingredients
Coffee beans – 100% Arabica – Brazil
15ml – Rum
25ml – Coffee liqueur
30ml – Baileys
Ice cubes
Biscoff – to garnish
Method
First, place a glass under the spout and prepare a Espresso Cool
Then, pour the Espresso Cool into a cocktail tumbler
Add ice cubes and all the other ingredients
Shake well, and straint into a glass
Finally, roughly crumle a Biscoff biscuit and carefully sprinkle on top
