Mezcal Coffee

A mix of sweet, bitter and a kick from the mezcal create a punchy yet balanced cocktail

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – flavoured medium-roast beans
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 30 ml mezcal
  • Whipped cream to taste (optional)

Step 1

First, brew a Hot Espresso.

Step 2

Then, add 1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.

Step 3

Add the mezcal and stir again.

Step 4

Finally, top with whipped cream if you’d like.
