Iced Beer Coffee

Savour the fusion of coffee and beer in this enticing mixology creation, offering a truly captivating drinking experience.

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 15ml – malt syrup
  • 30ml – gin
  • 200ml – beer
  • passion fruit
  • ice cubes

Step 1

First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.

Step 2

Then, in a shaker, combine the Espresso with malt syrup, half a passion fruit, gin, and ice cubes and shake.

Step 3

Filter the mixture and pour it into a glass.

Step 4

Slowly pour beer into the glass.

Step 5

Finally, garnish with a wedge of passion fruit.
