First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.
Then, in a shaker, combine the Espresso with malt syrup, half a passion fruit, gin, and ice cubes and shake.
Filter the mixture and pour it into a glass.
Slowly pour beer into the glass.
Finally, garnish with a wedge of passion fruit.
