Ingredients
1 or 2 shots of Espresso, according to your taste
Hot milk (55-60°C), no froth
Method
First, add an Espresso to a pre-heated tall glass or large cup.
Then, fill to the top with steamed milk, taking care not to add any of the foam (the milk is free poured over the espresso shots).
Finally, add sugar to taste.
