Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 shots of Espresso, according to your taste
  • Hot milk (55-60°C), no froth

Step 1

First, add an Espresso to a pre-heated tall glass or large cup.

Step 2

Then, fill to the top with steamed milk, taking care not to add any of the foam (the milk is free poured over the espresso shots).

Step 3

Finally, add sugar to taste.
