Ingredients

  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica – Brazil
  • 15ml – Rum
  • 25ml – Coffee liqueur
  • 30ml – Baileys
  • Ice cubes
  • Biscoff – to garnish

Step 1

First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an Espresso Cool.

Step 2

Then, pour the Espresso Cool into a cocktail tumbler.

Step 3

Add ice cubes and all the other ingredients.

Step 4

Shake well, and strain into a glass.

Step 5

Finally, roughly crumble a Biscoff biscuit and carefully sprinkle on top.
