  • 20ml – Strawberry fruit puree
  • 100ml – Tonic water
  • Crushed ice
  • Mixed berries

Method

  • Then, add crushed ice and tonic water
  • Place the glass under the spout and prepare a Espresso Cool
  • Allow ingredients to settle into layers
  • Finally, garnish with berries
