Iced Lemon Espresso

A twist on an iced tea with a sweet and sour homemade lemonade.

Ingredients

Lemonade:

  • 50g Sugar
  • 50ml Lemon Juice
  • 250ml Water

Recipe:

  • 50ml Coffee
  • 150ml Lemonade

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine sugar, water until dissolved. Allow to cool and add lemon juice. Shake coffee with lemonade and serve over ice.

Glass: Highball
Ice: Ice cubes
Garnish: Lemon Twist

Tip: Multiply the quantities for a delicious pitcher of this recipe to serve to barbecue guests!
