Oud Latte

Place the cocoa, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli and sugar into the glass.

Pour the milk into a milk jug and heat with the steam wand to 70°C.

Pour a little over the dried ingredients and create a paste.

Slowly add the remaining milk to the paste, stirring vigorously as you go.

Add the espresso to the glass.

Add the rum, and stir.

Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
