Cold rose coffee

A gentle mix of rose syrup and whipped cream for a refreshing summery coffee.

Ingredients

  • 2 gr: coffee beans – 100% Arabica;
  • 200 ml: skimmed milk at fridge temperature;
  • a sprinkle: whipped cream;
  • 20 ml: rock salt;
  • 20 ml: chocolate sauce;
  • Rose syrup;
  • Ice cubes.

Step 1

First, pour the chocolate sauce into a glass.

 

Step 2

Then, add rose syrup.

Step 3

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Step 4

Place the glass under the spout.

Step 5

Prepare a cold Latte macchiato.

Step 6

Top with whipped cream.

Step 7

Finally, garnish with edible rose petals and a sprinkle of pink rock salt.
