The De’longhi Roaster Free Coffee Machine Promotion 2022 (The “promotion”) Uk Terms And Conditions

Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Kenwood Limited, 1 Kenwood Business Park, New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2NH, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid from 00:00 on 31st March 2022 to 23:59 on 30th April 2022 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”) or until the first 100 qualifying Promotion redemptions are processed, whichever comes first.

Eligibility: All coffee bean roaster companies (the “Roaster”) who are a UK company registered at Companies House who has been actively trading in the UK for the past six months, and who are not already under agreement with Kenwood Limited to sell coffee beans on the web site https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en are eligible to participate in the Promotion and, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us)

Promotion offer: When you apply to join the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge as a potential partner to sell your beans via https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en/application/ on the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge website during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible to receive a free demonstration sample of De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Manual espresso coffee machine EC9155.MB (the “Coffee Machine”). This offer is specific to the application to become a partner, is limited to one (1) Coffee Machine per Roaster Company. In agreeing to take part in the Promotion you also agree to complete at least one social media post a month on your social media channels for the first six months featuring the Coffee Machine or if you have a coffee shop, display the machine for a minimum of six months visible to your customers.

Free Coffee machine When you apply to join the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge as a potential partner to sell your beans via https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en/application/ on the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to claim a free Coffee Machine. The free Coffee Machine in this Promotion cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or for any alternative products

a) To claim your Free Coffee Machine you must apply to join the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge as a potential partner to sell your beans via https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en/application/ on the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge website during the Promotion Period, completing all parts of the application including agreeing to comply with these Terms and Conditions..

b) If you do not have access to the Internet, you can claim your Free Coffee machine by post during the Promotion Period subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please call 07713 388617 for a hard copy application form and copy of the full terms and conditions. This is a mobile phone number and subject to the usual network charges.

i) Complete the hard copy application form, providing all of the requested details.

ii) send your completed application form in the prepaid return envelope by post to: Mike Blackhouse, De’Longhi Coffee Lounge UK, Kenwood Limited, New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2NH, United Kingdom prior to the promotion closing date.

c) If you do not complete your application within the Promotion Period you will not be eligible to receive a free Coffee Machine.

d) On receipt of your application to the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge, you will be notified by email if we have successfully verified your application. We reserve the right to reject any application which we believe is incomplete, incorrect, invalid, forged or illegible. Therefore, please complete your application carefully and accurately.

e) Subject to your successful verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will be sent your free Coffee machine by DPD or other courier service within ninety (90) days of the date of our confirmation of validation and your parcel will need to be signed for.

a) By submitting your application via https://coffeelounge.delonghi.com/en/application/, or via hardcopy, you agree to be contacted by Kenwood Limited for the purposes of this Promotion and discussing your application to join the UK De’Longhi Coffee Lounge website. As part of this Promotion, we will be entitled to use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and allowing your participation in the Promotion. Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at http://www.De’Longhi.co.uk/uk/terms-conditions/privacy-policy .

Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The Data Controller and Data Processor (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and UK Data Protection regulations) is Kenwood Limited, with its registered office at New Lane, Havant, Hampshire, UK, PO9 2NH who will comply at all times with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and UK Data Protection regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
