Café Nelson

Traditionally a hot coffee drink but instead of Kahlua, we’ve got the distinctive hazelnut flavour of Frangelico. This is simply delightful!

Ingredients

  • 25ml Baileys
  • 25ml Frangelico
  • 5ml (Optional) Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml Espresso Coffee
  • 1 Squirt Whipped Cream

Step 1

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Step 2

Add whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

Garnish: Chocolate sprinkles
