Easy Coffee based


1 scoop premium vanilla ice cream

15ml Amaretto syrup

30ml espresso shot

Broken Biscotti biscuit to serve


  1. Place the ice cream into a small brandy glass
  2. Pour the Amaretto syrup and the shot of espresso into a milk jug and heat/mix with the steam wand to 65-70°C
  3. Pour over the ice cream
  4. Sprinkle with biscuit
