Ingredients

  • 1 scoop premium vanilla ice cream
  • 15ml Amaretto syrup
  • 30ml espresso shot
  • Broken Biscotti biscuit to serve

Step 1

Place the ice cream into a small brandy glass.

Step 2

Pour the Amaretto syrup and the shot of espresso into a milk jug and heat/mix with the steam wand to 65-70°.

Step 3

Pour over the ice cream.

Step 4

Sprinkle with biscuit.
