Our BS1 Espresso was designed to be an easy drinking and sweet coffee. The flavour starts out with a strong milk chocolate body, followed by a sticky caramel sweetness. On the finish there is a juicy little red fruit kick. It’s a coffee we’re proud of not only for its flavour, but the strong relationship with farmers in Nariño upon which it was built

Los Vascos is a community lot made up of a small collection of farms near Bilbao in Colombia. The farms that make up this coffee are incredibly similar—usually only a couple hectares or so in size and all family run, the producers create a coffee with the same signature soft acidity and round sweetness. Each producer’s small lots are pooled together based on their flavour profile which is identified at the daily tastings held at the co-operative mill. This lot was created specifically to be a crowd pleasing easy to drink coffee, something everyone will love.

We are designing our seasonal De Beauvoir Espresso to present a creamy and delicate, sometimes fruity and always clean extraction. We source coffees to meet the intention to highlight good acidity, clarity and sweetness. It’s delicious served black and paired with milk.

We created this coffee to contrast the De Beauvoir Espresso. We do this by continuing to roast a little longer and selecting coffees with more chocolate flavors, and low acidity. The big body and rich mouth feel makes our Brasilian perfect with milk.
