“Forza” meaning to “Go”. This 100% Arabica blend is our salute to the birth place of the espresso. We have brought together beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Honduras, Peru, Colombia and Papua New Guinea to give a bold and rounded malty sweetness with a hint of bright fruit, smooth body throughout and long milk chocolate finish. Cycling, Coffee and Italy are synonymous in their historical relationship. The rich, heady thick espresso produced from this, our Italian espresso blend gives suggestion of that mid ride coffee stop in a family run bar where over hundreds of thousands of espresso’s have been produced by an aging bar mounted coffee machine….

Certified organic by the Soil Association, this version of our George St. Blend is 100% direct trade, meaning we worked directly with the producers or co-operative to ensure a sustainable supply chain. Strong enough to shine through milk, George St. is carefully roasted to highlight the coffee’s robust, natural flavors. This version of our mainstay blend was created by blending two coffees from producer co-operatives: the Colombian Los Vascos and a Rwandan coffee called Sholi. Together, they create a coffee that is a crowd-pleasing combination of sweetness and strength.

We’ve chosen Popayan Decaf for its taste of course, but also for it’s Natural Decaffeination method. First, it’s beans are steamed and washed with water to increase moisture content. Then they get a ‘fermented sugar bath’ dissolving the caffeine, before being washed again and carefully dried. This preserves the beans original flavour, and can often increase sweetness in the cup, which is why we here at Fireheart have selected it over other methods. No chemicals, full taste. “Que Chimba!”* *awesome!

A genuine smooth operator flowing with sweet, mellow vibes, our Popayan Decaf embodies the laid-back spirit of Colombia.
