The Highland Rut

Inspired by the ritual of Scottish stags fighting for dominance, the flavors of this cheeky cocktail will infuse, fight, and complement each other.

cold Alcohol

Ingredients

  • 15ml Cola
  • 35ml Single Malt Whiskey
  • 25ml Jägermeister
  • 7.5ml Cointreau
  • 30ml espresso shot
  • 3 Cloves
  • Half glass of crushed ice
  • A small slice of orange zest
  • Cocoa sprinkles to serve

Step 1

Pour the chilled cola into the tumbler.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

Step 3

Pour through a cocktail strainer onto the cola.

Step 4

Dust cocoa sprinkles over the cocktail.
