The Bitter Truth

This cocktail is a balancing act of bitter liqueurs and coffee and sweetness from pineapple. Amazing with an ice slushy.

cold Alcohol

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Campari Liqueur
  • 25ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Espresso
  • 1 tsp Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Step 1

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Cinnamon stick
