De’Longhi’s Secret

Taking the southern Italian tradition of adding a little lemon to dark roasted coffee, this little number highlights the coffee’s overtones.

cold Alcohol

Ingredients

  • 15ml grappa
  • 15ml hazelnut liqueur (Frangelico)
  • 15ml Amaro Averna liqueur
  • 60ml espresso shot
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Slice of lemon and a Biscotti to garnish

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

Step 2

Pour into the cup.

Step 3

Cut lemon slice to center and place on the edge of the cup.
