Coffee Cherry Tree

A version of cascara tea, made with muddled cherries, lemon and orange peel. This coffee mocktail has a real wow factor.

Medium Coffee based


40ml Espresso

40ml Cascara Tea (see below)

15ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)

Cherry (Cascara) Tea Recipe:

3 Cherries (normally made with dried cherries)

1 Lemon Peel

1 Orange Peel


Make your Cascara tea – Steep the cherries, lemon peel and orange peel in 100ml water for 10 minutes on a low simmer and allow to cool.

Add the tea to the espresso and sugar syrup to the shaker with ice, and fine strain into the glass.

Serve with ice and a slice of orange garnish.

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Single large cube
Garnish: Slice of orange
