Converted me away from a Dark Roast, so chocolatey. So fresh, posted same day as roasted!

We are designing our seasonal De Beauvoir Espresso to present a creamy and delicate, sometimes fruity and always clean extraction. We source coffees to meet the intention to highlight good acidity, clarity and sweetness. It’s delicious served black and paired with milk.

We created this coffee to contrast the De Beauvoir Espresso. We do this by continuing to roast a little longer and selecting coffees with more chocolate flavors, and low acidity. The big body and rich mouth feel makes our Brasilian perfect with milk.

No. 24 is a smooth, mild and sweet with good notes of roasted peanuts, soft milk chocolate and cookie dough. Medium-based with mild acidity and slight burnt sugar sweetness. The usual Tiki Tonga flavour, with none of the caffeine punch.
