The Italian Blend is a strong, traditional Italian style coffee that has been roasted in the Brasilero family for over three generations. This is a full-bodied coffee that is dark roasted and has a nutty aroma with a sharp taste. This blend is traditionally used for an espresso, but it can be used for all styles of coffee.
Mokambo Rich and Smooth is a full-bodied, medium roasted coffee blend with chocolatey undertones and a sweet taste. This creamy blend was specifically designed to cater for most coffee drinkers as it is well-balanced and works very well as an espresso or milk-based coffee, as well as a pour-over, percolator or even a cold brew.
Grandfather Blend is a full-bodied, medium to dark roasted coffee blend that has a caramelly aroma with a sharp astringent flavour. Cascavel Vermelha, Brazil – This natural lot takes its name from the rattlesnake which roams the coffee plantations deterring pests. We have roasted Cascavel in order to maximise the red fruit, chocolate sweetness and buttery body that it gifts to the blend.
Rio Azul, Guatemala – Located in Western Guatemala, Rio Azul is a 186-member cooperative with a long history of quality production in the famed Huehuetenango region. This coffee plays a supporting role in the blend, contributing sweetness and body.
Lamari, Papua New Guinea – This lot is named for the Lamari River that flows through the Eastern Highlands in Papua New Guinea. Lamari adds viscosity, complexity and a well-rounded acidity to the blend.
Rose Street is sourced and roasted to create a full-bodied and satisfying blend that is smooth and sweet but has the strength and richness to cut through milk. This blend is perfect for those that like a strong, easy-drinking espresso and who enjoy the strength of traditional coffee flavour profiles, whilst maintaining the quality of premium specialty coffee.
